Statement Homes was founded on a simple belief: building a custom home should be a focused, collaborative experience led by the people responsible for bringing it to life.
After years spent managing high-end custom homes in Calgary, we created Statement Homes to offer a more direct and hands-on approach to building. Our experience working on complex residential projects has shaped how we approach every detail, from early planning through the final stages of construction.
Rather than operating at scale, Statement Homes intentionally takes on a limited number of homes each year. This allows us to stay closely involved throughout the entire process and maintain the level of attention that custom homes deserve.
For our clients, this means working directly with the builders responsible for the project, not through layers of management and having confidence that every stage of the build is being handled with care and precision.
